Shipping & Returns
Zocorra cares about its community, and we hope each of our customers feels safe knowing their product is exactly what they wanted. Our Lifetime Guarantee means we stand behind our work: if a chain breaks, a prong becomes loose, or anything else needs to be repaired, we will fix it for life. However, we are not responsible for lost stones.
- All hand-crafted items will be delivered within 2-3 weeks (each hand-crafted item is designed to perfection and needs to be sculpted for each of our clients)
- All Engagement Rings (5-8 business days)
- All other items (3-4 business days)
- All items must be shipped to the same billing address of the credit card
- Free shipping is only orders within domestic United States and Canada
Here at Zocorra, we strive for excellence. When we promise something, we deliver it. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we have a convenient 30 day return policy from the day you receive your package.
We follow a 100% return refund, with no restocking fees. All items returned must have original tags in place. If they are removed, your ability to return merchandise will be voided. Before full refund is credited to you, items will be inspected to ensure that they are in same form as they were shipped.
No alterations can be made to receive a refund. (ie sizing, shortening chains, etc.) Your original invoice must accompany your returned item. As long as all criteria above is met, we will issue a refund. The refund will be sent in form of a check. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
